Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house is just a 1-minute drive from Lajares town, where you'll find restaurants, shops, and more. Additionally, the beautiful beaches of the north shore are only 7 minutes away. Behind the house, there is a volcano that offers a great opportunity for a scenic hike!
The house
This is a new and modern house with a private swimming pool.
The house has two bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a 160cm bed, while the other has a 140cm bed. Both beds have new and comfortable mattresses and quilts.
You'll find a modern and fully equipped kitchen in the house, providing everything you need to prepare a nice meal. It includes a dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, stove, and oven.
For me, the terrace is the best part of the house! It features a table with 6 chairs, 2 sunbeds, and a large, comfortable couch.
Although the house is attached to another property, you'll have complete privacy in your own space. The other house also has a private pool. The only shared area is the section of artificial grass in the garden, which is a perfect place for playing.
We have put a lot of effort into making the house cozy and practical, with a personal touch that we are very proud of!
