Villa Elena 1

The villa got 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms downstairs and then 1 on the roof floor with a private bathroom and an amazing view. All the beds got new and good mattresses and quilts.

The house got a modern and new kitchen with everything you would need to make and enjoy a nice meal. It got a dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, mixer, stove, oven, coffee machine and a barbecue outside.

The big wood terrase with the pool and the huge windows that brings a lot of light into the house is for me the best part!

We got a diner table outside and inside for 8 people, 2 sunbeds and a huge coach that is very comfy. The windows makes the house light and you can open the doors the whole way, so when you are inside, you are almost outside!

We got a big space in the garden with shade where we got the barbecue and sitting area.

The house is attached to a small house, but you have full privacy from it on your terrase. The other house got 2 bedrooms and a private pool as well, so if you are a big group of family or friends it would be a great option to rent both houses together and you can enjoy your holiday together but with the possibility of some privacy as well! We have worked hard on the house and are very happy with the result in the end, modern and practical with a personal edge to it!

The garden:

You got the house, terrace and the barbecues space to yourself. One other part of the garden with grass, you will be sharing with the guests in the small house next door if you want to use it.

Other thing to know about:

The house got a swimming pool that is not covered or fenced in, so for childeren that can not swim, it is maybe not the best place to stay.

Price:

260 euro a night + 100 euro cleaning fee

For 1 month we can make a price of 6000 euro+ 100 euro cleaning fee.
