2 bedroom house, quiet, lovely garden
The house is from 2023 and modern decorated. The house got a great terrace, where you got a lot of sun. It is south facing so it is protected from the wind.
The house is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but still only 1 min away from Lajares town where you got restaurants,shops etc, and 5 min away from the beautiful beaches on the north shore. We got a volcano in the back that is great for a nice hike!
The house
The house got 2 bedroom, one bedroom got a bed that is 160cm and the other one 140cm. The beds got new and good mattresses and quilts.
The house got a modern and new kitchen with everything you would need to make a nice meal. It got a washing machine as well.
The terresse is great, it is in wood and artificial grass! It got a table with 4 chairs and 2 sunbeds.
The house is attached to another house where we live most of the year, except in the summer months. ( But you have full privacy) We are happy to help out with anything you would need, we also know the island pretty good by now, so if you need some local tips on where to eat, what to do etc, we are happy to guide you!
We have worked hard on the house and are very happy with the result in the end, cozy and practical with a personal edge to it!
We have been professional kiters and surfers for more than 15 years and passionate about yoga, so if you want private classes we give classes in surfing, and know the best teachers for yoga.
We can offer toys for kids if needed, a bucket for a baby bath and high chair.
Price:
1 night is 80 euro + 70 euro cleaning fee.
For longer stay, we can give some discount, so contact us then.
